The Boy Scouts of America have different physical exam requirements for different age groups. Please check with your scout leader to make sure you have the correct and most current form.

Local Districts and Councils may have other requirements due to the arduous nature of some camps - that may lack such amenities as on-site paramedics, nurses, and doctors.

If you will be wilderness camping and have not had a tetanus immunization within the past five years it is recommended you receive one.

Our scout physical price is currently $30 per scout, leaders included.
