DOT Drug testing available and we contract with NTS for MRO and laboratory services. We carry the required DOT documentation for testing. DOT required drug testing is different than non-DOT drug testing. Collections are done in the office, sent to Advanced Toxicology Lab and results sent back to us within 24-48 hours. Our collectors are DOT protocol trained. MRO services are through National Toxicology Specialists.
We contract with Southwest Laboratories in Phoenix, AZ, and National Toxicology Specialists in Nashville, TN (both federally SAMSA-certified laboratories for pre-employment, for cause, and random testing. Results are generally available within 72 working hours. Split specimens are obtained for independent testing by the employer or subject, should the initial specimen be positive. There is an additional cost of $65 for confirmatory testing by an outside lab - if required by your companies policies and procedures. Please understand there are strict federal and state rules for what the employer does with the results of employment-related drug testing. Contact us for employer/contracted pricing.
Instant Drug Testing / Costs in general We provide urine results within 5 minutes for private drug abuse screening. Costs vary depending upon the drugs suspected or screened for. For rapid results (5 minutes in-office) testing our prices have recently been reduced to:
5 drug panel $20 (THC, Cocaine, Opiates, PCP, Amphetamines)
10 drug panel $23 (THC, Cocaine, Opiates, PCP, Amphetamines, Benzodiazepines, PCP Ectasy, Methadone, Tricyclics)
12 drug panel $25 (THC, Cocaine, Opiates, PCP, Amphetamines, Benzodiazepines, PCP Ectasy, Methadone, Tricyclics, Propoyphene, Barbiturates)
Laboratory Drug Testing Panel 110 $32 (provides quantitative results for the basic 5 panel)
Panel 300 $57 (tests 300 common prescription and over-the-counter drugs)
The following questions concern information about your possible involvement with drugs not including alcoholic beverages during the past 12 months. Carefully read each statement and decide if your answer is "Yes" or "No". Then circle the appropriate response beside the question. In the following statements "drug abuse" refers to: 1. the use of prescribed or over-the-counter drugs in excess of the directions, and 2. any non medical use of drugs. The various classes of drugs may include cannabis (marijuana, hashish), solvents (e.g., paint thinner), tranquilizers (e.g., Valium), barbiturates, cocaine, stimulants (e.g., speed), hallucinogens (e.g., LSD) or narcotics (e.g., heroin). Remember that the questions do not include alcoholic beverages. Please answer every question. If you have difficulty with a statement, then choose the response that is mostly right.

Have you engaged in illegal activities in order to obtain drugs? 9. Have you ever experienced withdrawal symptoms (felt sick) when you stopped taking drugs? 10. Have you had medical problems as a result of your drug use (e.g., memory loss, hepatitis, convulsions, bleeding)? Interpretation (Each "Yes" response = 1)
